Browse through our site and find the puppet or dressup hats you find interesting. Follow the link to the page with details where you will be able to order the items using the common database for puppetdressuppartyhats.com and kidsbooksandpuppets.com both of which are operated by Act II Books and Puppets. You will need to check out from the shopping cart and fill in the billing and shipping information.

Use our shopping cart to order items on the pages of our web site. Check out of the shopping cart and select whether you want to use Master Card, Visa, or US Bank Check to make your purchase. We do not accept American Express or Discover. You will be prompted for billing and shipping information. An E-mail will be sent to confirm your order. We will send an E-mail to you to notify you when the item is mailed.  We use the standard postal codes for the US and Canada.

Please contact service@puppetdressuppartyhats.com if you do not get an email confirming your order within a few minutes or are unable to use our secure ordering process.

Special Order If you need to have your order sent faster or have some other special request, then E-mail your request to service@puppetdressuppartyhats.com. We will let you know about the availability, the shipping and handling, and total cost so you can order pay using our secure, special ordering page. 
E-mail If you are uncomfortable paying online or have problems, then E-mail your request for small orders with credit card information (card holder name, expiration date, billing address) and shipping name and address if diffirent.

Forms of Payment

  • We accept Master Card or VISA using secure online processing. These credit cards automatically handle any currency exchange.
  • You may pay online by US Bank check, or by sending a personal or business check by sending the check to us with your order. All checks must be made in US funds. Allow 9 banking days for the written checks to clear after we receive them.
  • We do not accept purchase orders unless they are from public schools, libraries, or other educational institutions AND the purchase order is for about $200 or more. We do not accept purchase orders from noneducational entities or educational institutions not located in the United States.

Zone 1 Shipping within the Continental United States, Canada, and APO/FPO Addresses

  • Orders over $75 are shipped free of shipping and handling charges for destinations within the Continental United States, Canada, and APO/FPO addresses.
  • The following table shows how we charge shipping and handling (S/H) for shipments to locations in the United States or Canada, or APO/FPO addresses.

Free Shipping

  • All prices quoted are in U.S. dollars.
  • Orders for delivery in the US are shipped by US Priority mail unless the order is mainly books. Please contact us if you need faster delivery. Additional charges will apply. Keep in mind that if you take a day or two to contact us to get next day or two day delivery, then it might have been faster to just place the order and have us ship priority mail anyway.
  • Delivery could take one to two weeks after receipt of order, depending on stock availability and shipping address. Priority mail usually takes 3 to 5 days to reach the East Coast of the US and we maintain a large inventory that is resupplied frequently.
  • We will confirm your order by email if secure order is used or for special orders. We do not use the phone for voice communications - please do not ask us to call you to discuss your order.
  • We use the standard postal codes for the US and Canada.

Zone 2 Shipping to Bahamas, Bermuda, Caribbean Islands, Central America, Mexico, St. Pierre, and Miquelon

  • $11.75 or 8%, whichever is greater, for surface mail delivery.  Shipping is by US Mail, surface parcel post.Light packages will be shipped airmail if the postage covers it.

Zone 3 Europe and the Middle East

  • $13.75 or 10%, whichever is greater, for surface mail deliver. Shipping is by US Mail, normally surface parcel post. Light packages will be shipped airmail if the postage covers it.
     

Zone 4 Asia (Australia, Japan, China, Thailand, and others)

  • $15.75 or 12%, whichever is greater, for surface mail deliver. Light packages will be shipped airmail if the postage covers it.

All ordersin the United States are shipped by US Mail or United Parcel Service (UPS). Orders outside the United States are shipped by US Mail only. Please contact us if you need faster delivery. Additional charges will apply.

Quotes on S/H for such destinations can usually be made within 1 to 2 days during weekdays if you are purchasing items listed on our web site. We conduct all our communications by E-mail or fax to keep our costs to you as low as possible.

Delivery time overseas varies. As examples, shipping by Air Parcel Post, requires about about 7-10 days to Iceland and two weeks to Korea once the order is ready to ship. Items in our store ae usually shipped in a few days, but may not ship for a week to 10 days of receipt of a confirmed order using credit cards. We allow up to 9 business days for checks to clear the banking system.

  • Not all of the items listed on this web site are necessarily in stock at any given time. We make every effort to keep our listings on the internet consistent with available stock. If an item is not available, is out of stock, or an item is no longer available, for an extended time we will notify you so you can decide if you would like us to hold your order or adjust your payment you have made.

    We try to provide you with the best products possible, but sometimes things do get damaged or just don't work out for you. We understand that. But your time and ours, plus the postage, is a real cost. So make sure you read the product information or ask us about it before you buy.
     

  • Our liability is limited to returning your payment or crediting your credit card. We usually ship by US Mail or United Parcel Service (UPS). Contact us for special shipping needs. Other options are available at increased costs.
  • We have provided links to a number of helpful locations or other products on the internet. Act II Books and Puppets of Kennewick Washington provides these links as a service to you but does not provide any warranty for transactions or communications that you may have with these resources. We assume responsibility for only those products purchased directly from Act II Books and Puppets as explained above.

Returns and Cancellations

  • Returns can only be made after contacting us regarding the reason for the return. Requests for returns and refunds must be made within five days of receipt of item(s). Items returned must be in original condition, including orginal tags attached to the item bought, and individual packaging exclusive of any shipping package. If the item is shrink wrapped, it can not be returned for full credit if opened. A restocking fee of up to 25% of the order amount is charged for items returned within the prescribed guidelines. Credits to credit cards may be made electronically and credits to written checks are made by mail in US funds. Credits to online checks are made electroncially online. A nominal fee may be charged for returns that received free shipping even if all returned items are in original condition and the tags are attached.
  • Postage paid is not refundable for returned items. We may charge a nominal postage for items returned if postage was not paid for the order when placed.
  • Regular orders placed from our standard web pages may be cancelled within 5 days (120 hours) of ordering if the item is not shipped, but a restocking fee of up to 25% may be charged for those items cancelled.
